The greatest challenge that car owners face in maintaining their cars today is the lack of trust, irrespective of whether they give the car to the authorized dealership or a local garage. Often, car owners wish they had someone in their own family who could help them take care of their car. If your own brother is working on your car, you know he's got your back. 

We aspire to be a Brother to every Motor car owner. When you send your car to Moto Brother, you really feel that the car is being serviced by your own brother and you can trust him. And like every good brother, we do something extra, out of love, every time!

You shouldn't trust anyone without your own due diligence. We understand that we are a new company and need to prove our trustworthiness, over many years, to build a great reputation. In order to get there, we make sure that we deal with clients in the most transparent way possible.

This includes taking written approval from you before performing any work in your car, providing you with real videos for every job that you pay us for and giving you our warranty in writing so that you have complete peace of mind. 

All jobs that we do for you are backed by a minimum one year warranty for any mechanical, electrical or maintenance jobs. For denting & painting jobs, we provide a minimum three year warranty. Some of our competitors only offer a one month warranty, while authorized dealerships don't provide any warranty in writing.

When you become a part of the Moto Brother family, you will see that not only do we stand by our warranty, but we also follow up with you periodically during the warranty period to see if you need any warranty assistance. 

In order to answer this very important question, we would first like you to say a few words about how authorized service centres are structured. When you buy a car, you are not buying from the manufacturer, but it's dealer franchisee. This dealer does not make a huge profit when they sell you the car, simply because of the taxes and discounts that cut into their margins. The dealer makes, as per some estimates, up to 11 times more money in 'servicing' your car at their workshop than they do by selling you the car. However, most of this income comes to them after your warranty period is over. This is the time that you will notice that your average cost per job has exponentially increased. This is by design. The service advisors at the dealership have very demanding targets which can be only met by exploiting their customers.
 
Moto Brother is an alternative to authorized dealerships because we follow the same standard operating procedures, follow the same service schedule, install only genuine spares and provide a written warranty. And we can do this without exploiting you. Our service advisors are measured on how happy you are with our service, rather than how much money we got out of you.
